Repair and again repairs are needed by this mail, at least cosmetic. The employees are polite and friendly, it is a punishment to work in such conditions.

The department has never been renovated. New stickers on old walls look pathetic, as if they were trying to bring beauty to a zero budget. There are also doors with a spring, etc. everything is in the best traditions of the scoop. Even the people working there, too, from that time. Nobody from the youth goes there to work, apparently because of low salaries. In general, everything is terrible. 1 star only for the work of those who work there.

I don’t know who leaves positive reviews, but the department today is just a shovel of darkness. Will you ever do at least a facelift there and clean it in the dressing room, where there was a union of the press, a chronic homeless woman and a garbage dump? And why do regular mail workers begin to tell me that I supposedly should receive SMS notifications on internationally tracked packages if I do not receive them chronically? From the positive, a torn journal disappeared, in which you had to look for the packages yourself, computers appeared. But as before, negotiations have to be negotiated and persuaded to look for packages for which aliexpress has information about their arrival in this department, but no information is received from the post office. And maybe you ask the chief postman of the country, which receives millions of salaries, to allocate money to repair the department?

So far I have had no problems, there have been no thefts of parcels. The staff are friendly, trying to do what is in their power. But they are very sorry: they work in a terrible room in the city center! Owners of Ukrposhta, finally bring the departments of Ukrposhta in an acceptable human form, provide your employees with normal jobs! Make repairs in the rooms! You’re not in such “craps” sitting in your office! Consumers of the service even go to such premises is not nice!
