Even at rush hour, it doesn't take me more than 10 minutes to receive a package. And the work schedule is new until 20.00👍

The renewed branch on Metallurgov Avenue is just fire! Operators are polite, and the prices for postal services are among the lowest in Ukraine. I really like the new branch format!

With the change of address, the attitude of operators towards customers has also changed. We have become much friendlier than in the previous place. I didn't face queues, everything is fast and clear.

The package arrived, but the payment on the package turned out to be twice as much as in the program. They refused to pay online, citing the fact that you need to make the payment, which is on the parcel, only in cash. They cannot issue a check, because the program has a different figure, they wrote out a piece of paper with a stamp. Interesting, right?
