The road is simply awful .. in winter like at a tankodrome! The warehouse is very dusty and cold ... ... eternal kilometer-long queues for acceptance ... The staff, as always, is at the level ... I wonder how they work in such conditions !!!!!

The attitude to customers is boorish, the queues are constant. I sent a chair, counted 750 UAH for delivery to Kiev. despite the fact that the price of the product itself is 500 UAH. Only suitable for document delivery.

I don’t understand what’s happening with New Mail !!! The client brought the box to be sent, he was promised to pack and seal. We took the money for packaging !!! As a result, the parcel arrived to me in KIEV in the form in which it was brought to the department !!! How?!? How could I send an open box ??? Are you all normal there ??? 🤬🤬🤬 NEW MAIL, just a little more and you will become like Ukrposhta in terms of service and frostbite of staff so for sure ... 😡🤬

Everything suits me. I do not come when they have a large workload.

Sent back Glass Tavria (factory) to the Dnieper. The packaging was specifically for glass 186UAH + delivery 65 UAH. When packing the Wooden frame, they damaged the glass - with self-tapping screws !!!!!!!!
