Let's say that the very presence of a stadium in a small town is already a big plus.

Disgusting! The stadium staff are rude. The benches are broken, some of the buildings are staggering. I do not advise going there, for the reason that it is life threatening!

I would like it to cover the tracks, and normal lawn grass, make the stands normal. And the stadium will be in order, it will be more pleasant to deal with it. And sport in the city will rise

As an event venue, this establishment is idle. It is maintained in a more or less normal state. But in the understanding of the townspeople this is a little effective place in the city which is run by managers with post-Soviet thinking and not for the townspeople.
