SIXT Запорожье - Прокат авто

DO NOT USE SIXT AT THIS LOCATION - you'll not get your car! I had a reservation made on September 24th (Arrived October 1st) and confirmation email clearly stated that I need 3 documents - credit card, driver license and identification document (passport). Upon arrival I was told that I need international drivers license - nonsense that I never needed in 20+ countries where I've rented a car before. Unapologetic SIXT representative did not take any of my arguments and left me without the car! ZERO STARS! FOLOW-UP TO THE REPLY FROM SIXT: I've attached a copy of the confirmation email that showing that International Driver License was not mentioned as a document that is needed to pick-up a car. Just find some other company that would be more customer-friendly

I needed a car for 2 weeks in early October. Took in Kiev returned to Zaporozhye. This is not the first time I've been using Sixt services; they have the best prices for spacious hatchbacks. In different countries, in different ways, but in Ukraine he shot for the first time, and was ready for anything. But to my great surprise, the service was very unobtrusive and polite. Everything went quickly and easily. I handed over the car without any problems and any nit-picking, as is usually the case with delivery, you fight for every scratch. I was very pleased with the service and the car. Highly recommend, good guys.

The car rental service SIXT Zaporozhye was completely satisfied. Representative cars needed urgently. And there was no time for booking. Called the service answered nice girl. She came to our position and promised to help. An hour later, the car was already at the entrance. All documents are issued quickly. Thanks again !!!
