When contacting a bank about a problem in forwarding credit messages from another user, I do not have an account in this bank. They took my data, but never solved the problem. Secondly, the bank has a coupon queue system, I have not seen such a thing in any bank in Ukraine, despite the fact that there are no more than 5 people in the bank. Unpleasant impressions even without direct contact with the bank.
