The bank itself works well within the framework of Ukrainian legislation. Everything is fair and without tricks. Webbank is amazing from a security standpoint. Department: I was surprised that the client without a mask in the department did not cause any comments from the staff. Served or not, I don't know. Left earlier. Event: 18: 01: 2021 after 14:00

When contacting a bank about a problem in forwarding credit messages from another user, I do not have an account in this bank. They took my data, but never solved the problem. Secondly, the bank has a coupon queue system, I have not seen such a thing in any bank in Ukraine, despite the fact that there are no more than 5 people in the bank. Unpleasant impressions even without direct contact with the bank.

Disgusting. It is not realistic to contact the bank. It is not possible to manage limits in OTP smart. What is the limit, how to change it (and not the fact that it can be changed at all) - on any issue you have to go to the department. Yearning.
