Despite the negative reviews, they took the Tango soft corner in Toko Mebli in the Khortitsky district. The corner is beautiful, the fabric and color are all as we ordered. Sellers are polite and competent. The service is good. Delivery on time. Special thanks to the loader boys. Very carefully and neatly brought and installed. Fast and on time.

I do not recommend anyone to buy furniture here. Outwardly, the models are beautiful .. But inside is a nightmare. Kitchen chairs, supposedly made of natural beech, broke after 3 months of careful use, because inside is cheap chipboard !!! They said in the store - your reason, you probably jumped on them, a guarantee - a filkin letter. The service and staff are disgusting. Shop in Khortitsky district, 2nd floor of Silpo.

I want to warn you right away: Litehouse, the First Furniture shopping center or Toko Mebli in the Khortytsky district - THIS IS ONE OFFICE. The quality of service is ZERO. The buyer will be to blame for all the troubles. I recommend: do not sign the contract, because - This is bondage. The contract is made so that the company does not bear responsibility ... In quality, delay, impudent communication. When buying, all the company's problems are called force majeure. Problem 1 - if the company is not ready to send the goods on time, this is the buyer's problem ..., you ordered ... well, it happens to everyone - so you can bring the goods at least a month later than all the agreed force majeure specified in the contract and do not count guilty, or rather to tell you that you are to blame, because they warned you at the very beginning that the goods would arrive a week later (and this is for a second 7 days, but not 37 as it turns out in fact). And for a moment, force majeure is considered the circumstance that is confirmed by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or other competent state bodies. Problem 2. All situations, or nuances, are decided by a manager or director, but they are invisible and only communicate with vendors who do not solve anything, but you are a myth and the reality of your purchase is your problem, but not a vendor, or maybe a manufacturer's plant ... (all, but except for the seller). Problem 3. Delivery! This is a special case! They guarantee delivery at a certain window 1 hour, but they arrive later, and this is again your problem, because delivery after the specified time is delayed again your problem is 200 UAH, and they don't care what you have no one to bring in (the seller again says: well, they have force majeure that you don't understand.), the loaders are young guys: well, if there is no one to bring in, then we took it back and we don’t know when we will bring it, we have a lot of orders ... And this is only half of communication with them ... (remember all the quotes, the poem will work out) Bottom line: this company gives beautiful types of prices, but in the end, all their force majeure will be decided by you. There is an emphasis on the fact that you made an advance payment, well, a little more and we will serve you, and then a little more and more and more and until they get theirs. Yes, that's not all, I returned the story because as soon as I removed the packaging, the paint peeled off, though not much - but right away. They took it away without any problems. I called in 1.5 weeks, asking what happened to the stories, but the answer to me was: we don’t know, we sent it and we are waiting - it's all a factory. Therefore, if you consider yourself a person with pride, then use other stores, and if cattle and a rag on which you can wipe your feet, then welcome to "TOKO FURNITURE".
