Nice clean comfortable quiet room. On the other hand, the heating was turned on before the group arrived. It was very cold in the toilet and bathroom (type + 10 / + 15) throughout the day. The hotel floor was closed for the night, which I think contradicts any understanding of fire safety rules. Dinner in the restaurant was waiting for an hour and a half. We are already waiting for breakfast ordered in the evening at 1:30 ... Not at all prepared to receive guests. After breakfast, the tourist program is disrupted. My conclusion is almost horrible. Although slept well :)

Sadly, really. First we settled in one room - there was a wildest smell in the bathroom and a chair was broken (it was a suite). In the second room (junior suite) the shower does not work properly, and the tap in the sink splashes in all directions. Nobody knows anything. At the reception, someone was only in the evening when they checked in. In the morning at 8 o'clock - the exit door is closed, it is unrealistic to call someone. In the restaurant (we were at dinner and breakfast), everything was sooooo long. We waited for dishes for an hour (there were no options, we were hungry), in the end we went to bed without waiting for two dishes, and they were counted to us. The dishes are chipped and not washed in places. The food tastes average. Service does not match the price (700 UAH per room)

The hotel room is nice, clean, cozy. But! Dinner and breakfast (it was ordered in advance - in the evening !!!) waited for an hour and a half. And we were in a hurry.
