Strongly "pretentious" waiters. The rolls were waiting for about 40 minutes, so everything fell apart, the quality of the food is not the best ... For such a price, one could try.

08.08.2020 being on the summer terrace of "Yolki", the waitress - the girl was distracted and by her own negligence spilled beer on my leg (pants) my wife, which caused discomfort and damage to the fabric. She did not react normally to the situation: she did not offer help, did not bring napkins. Further, standing at the next table - I discussed this situation with the visitors !!! I'm used to seeing "Fir-Trees" from the human side. But the actions (beer spilled on the leg) and the subsequent reaction of the patroness (discussion with visitors) are the real problem of this institution! I think that a good-quality cafe in our city should have enough courage to react humanly and get out of such situations with dignity. I have always believed that a cafe = the level of its service. We wish to provide the administration with a better quality service: train staff, conduct briefings .. "As E. Chernyak says:" Divide the world into process suppliers and customers. The one who is the most demanding customer and the most disciplined supplier will win. "

The cafe is located on the square, next to the fountain and the house of culture. Very extensive menu and friendly staff. If, you, walked in the city center, and are hungry, Yolki is exactly the place where you need 😉
