Oreanda

Excellent hotel in a good location with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. We went to Berdyansk in September, Breakfast included. Breakfast was outstanding and the best variety we had throughout our entire tour of Ukraine.

Been to Oreanda few times and always enjoyed it. If you think about advantages versus other resorts - I can mention few: - it has really nice, green and clean territory where you can always find a place to chill - whether you are looking for beach, shade of the park or cafe/restaurant - service is something that you appreciate because you always get it when you need it - everybody can find something to do - swimming, playing sports or enjoying the bar If you know better resorts in Ukraine - let me know but for now this is my favorite :)

The hotel, as it was at the stage just about, has remained. Service personnel need to be trained and more than one. Service is zero, waiters do not have to communicate with customers, recommend food or drinks - this is very difficult. The waiters don't know what is in stock and what is not. They walk around the hall wearing headphones and without masks. If you ordered a dish, be prepared for the fact that it will take a long time to wait for it, although the cuisine is excellent and everything is delicious, the overall impression remains negative due to the service. In the pool area, waiters serve drinks and food in glassware, which is strictly prohibited, because it beats and a child or adult can get hurt. The balcony did not open / close in our room, the hotel reception did not react to this. In the evening there was no hot water, that is, it was impossible to take a shower. The cost of the room is about 6.000 UAH per day, for this money it was possible to fill the mini bar and make it paid. Room service is missing or unwilling. Disgusting cosmetics in the room. There is no normal bottled water on site. No cigarettes. No ice cream. There are also no hookahs, since there are taxi drivers who will bring you and take 200 UAH for delivery. So shop. They wanted to plant greenery on the territory of the hotel and planted Christmas trees, which are not looked after, they are yellow. We will not go to Oreanda anymore, besides, prices for the 2021 season are unjustifiably high + another 1000 UAH. I do not think that this is an indicator of the end of the stage just about.

Ранее мною был оставлен отзыв: Стоянка открытого типа для автомобилей. Обещанных навесов нет. Жарится на солнце. Вся информация о том чей, из какого номера машинка записывается в ручную парковщиком в журнал. Рекомендую данному предприятию установить электронный считыватель автомобильных номеров, чтобы данные сами вносились в журнал на компьютере. Остальное тоже на двоечку, кроме парка разумеется. На что я получил ответ от владельцев. Хочу ответить на их комментарий. Не смогли определить, потому как за весь период отдыха у меня ни разу не уточнили данные: фамилию, документы и иное – вы об этой неприкосновенности говорите? Мы отдыхали у вас два года подряд, так как друзьям у вас нравится и лично они занимаются бронированием. В первый год лично мне была важна анимация, которая была хорошо прорекламирована, но по факту ее не было, во второй год была важная крытая стоянка, но теневые навесы, о которых вы вспомнили, к сожалению, не справляются, поэтому вы обманываете. Плюс ко всему, а где вы видели навесы на задней площадке около служебного входа в столовую и прохода в дешевые номера, куда вы отправляете гостей, когда нет свободные мест около парковщика? И при чем здесь электронный считыватель автомобильных номеров к неприкосновенности и сетчатке глаза, ваши сотрудники делают ошибки в номерах проживания гостей и принадлежащих их машинах, поэтому два дня нас тревожили по неисправности совершенно чужого автомобиля. Спасибо за ответ, но вы сейчас занимаетесь третированием и это лишний раз показывает вашу некомпетентность, даже глядя на ваши скобки, что означают насмешки. Приличные базы отдыха не ведут дискуссии с клиентами и, как правило, они просят прощения за неудобства и ошибки. Но это не в правилах Ореанды видимо. Если ответы менеджеров насмешливы, уважаемые соискатели мест отдыха, ищите другой отель наш вам совет, далее они могут стать грубы. И велика вероятность, что вы попадете в ситуацию, где из вас будут делать дурака, как сейчас из меня, например.
