I do not write negative reviews, but the situation forced me. I am a resident of Berdyansk and have always used our city dentistry as an example to my friends and relatives from other cities and sincerely argued that this is one of the best clinics in Ukraine. from the very childhood he treated all his teeth with you. But that was until today. My wife, having visited this clinic for the first time, was pleasantly surprised. Since the beginning of summer, she began to treat her teeth, from that moment they put a bunch of fillings and other procedures, I was incredibly pleased with the quality and attitude of all employees. During dental treatment, it was concluded that one tooth should be removed. And so on 10/28/2020 called the registry signed up for 16:30 on the same day for deletion. We came to the reception at 16:29 to take the coupon, it turned out that the coupon was at 16:15 (perhaps the time was not announced correctly on the phone, perhaps we did not hear correctly) at 16:33 we went up to office 31. The office was occupied and we sat down to wait together. Honey came out 5 minutes later. sister and asked what time we were. We answered that the ticket was for 16:15. In response, we received a question why we were late? The wife apologized and said that it happened. The honey sister said with displeasure that she did not know what to do with us and went back to the office. After another 10 minutes, a nervous doctor came out and in a raised tone said to my wife ALWAYS "Shaw is necessary? So, now I went and signed up for the next day." Even if we did not hear correctly, the time does not give the right to answer the girl like that. Naturally, I went in to figure it out, and only my wife's request to leave did not allow the conflict to be brought to screams, etc. As a result, the wife's tears and an appointment to another doctor and on another date, although the tooth should be removed as early as possible due to the spread of the infection. But we think to refuse to continue treatment in your clinic !!! At the reception, when replacing the coupon, we were told that the name of the doctor is Turkiv, since we didn't look at emotions right away

Clean, nice, polite pleasant staff. But they faced such an inconvenience, they had to go to the toilet, and it was closed, the cloakroom attendant said to wait for the girl from the reception and she would open it, waited for 8 minutes, and in the end did not wait. And if the child wanted, he will not be able to endure so much. The toilet should be freely available, and not wait and look for someone who will open it upon request

Everything is professional. I didn't think that in a small town there is medicine of this level

First time in such dentistry !!!! Truly the pride of Berdyansk !!!! We were accepted without any problems with pain, even though we are not local. Everything is on top !!!!
