There are two houses on the territory. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Rooms are clean, spacious and bright. In a two-story house, on the second floor there are two shared bathrooms, a large hall where you can play board games, read books. On the ground floor there is a common spacious kitchen. There is a playground and parking. There is also a barbecue, outdoor shower, additional services - hookah, firewood, homemade delicious wine. The hostess of the house is very friendly, she treats guests very well, which is important, because of this it is pleasant to be here! To go to the sea about 5 minutes. To the nearest store 2 minutes walk, next to it there is a public transport stop.

Very good conditions, pleasant hosts, very clean and most importantly not expensive. An excellent choice for a family trip. The beach is close enough, but far from the center, you can get there by one minibus. Shops are all close by, including ATB. And they also have a very wonderful dog☺️ Recommend👍

Delightful hosts! Responsive, kind, hospitable, cheerful. Everything is very easy and natural. An ideal place for those who decide to spend a beach holiday. The beach is close, the city center in the center cannot be compared with it: clean, spacious, there are few people, there are canopies near the nearest children's camp, where, except for a couple of hours, when the troops are swimming, you can hide in the shade and spend at least the whole day. To drive to the center, it is better to be in your car, public transport here does not go until late. The kitchen is spacious, each room has 2 shelves of refrigerator + freezer attached. Dishes - for every taste. Nearby there are small shops, but we went for groceries at ATB. There are several bathrooms, there is a summer shower. Gorgeous library! We are very satisfied!

A great option for a quiet holiday. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Friendly and attentive hosts. Everywhere cleanliness and order. Spacious common kitchen, for each room allocated separate shelves in the refrigerator, a lot of dishes - enough for everyone. San nodes are clean and comfortable, there is hot water. There is a TV with satellite TV, plastic windows with nets, wardrobes with hangers and shelves in the room - there is where to place all the things. Bed linen washed and ironed, without a trace of the previous tenants) If you need to leave, but before the departure of the transport is still half a day, the owners offer to leave things without any problems, with the right to use the kitchen, shower and toilet.
