They yelled at me and said "Why are you ringing, what is it all about, these are your problems, you don't need to hang them on me and in general I can return the money at least two weeks." Hold on please ... In general, I am in complete confusion, in panic and in tears that they threw me, although they promised to return the money, and logically, if the reservation is not returned, you need to warn, not reassure. Crying my 750 UAH. Without hesitation, I call the PrivatBank hotline and say that I was deceived. I was offered two options, write a report to the police about fraud or try to negotiate peacefully. I told them right away that I was going to write a statement. And what do you think. Within 15 minutes, the money was on my card, despite the fact that we did not even tell this woman that we would go to the police. So, I don't know if they called her to warn her, or if her conscience woke up, but we got ours back. There was no more desire to go there and I do not advise. First, nice communication, and then a knife in the back.

The rooms correspond to the description and photo on the site. Near ATB (5 minutes on foot) and an amusement park. The sea is also nearby (but it is impossible to swim in it, the sea is dirty, we went to the spit every day). For 5 nights stay cleaned in the room 1 time. Their disadvantages: 1) bad sea, 2) the yard is completely filled with cars, you leave the room and immediately run into the cars of the vacationers. They stand in two rows in the yard. Rested in August 2020
