Veranda lounge-zone

Burgers are falling apart in spite of multiple customer complaints. The bottom bun is falling apart. The same problem with salmon burger and classic burger. Furthermore! When I asked to replace the bun they said it's going to be in bill as extra dish from chef-cook. So I had to ask fork and knife(not provided by default) and eat just the beef and lettuce. + The beer and cocktails are good though! This is why two stars not one. - concerns not addressed - utencils not provided until you ask - we had to remind we are here before someone approached us first

It was a wonderful evening in Veranda lounge. Played by DJ DanCatcher and DJ Alar. The staff was very polite, especially the girl Polina at the entrance, Andrey the administrator and the waiter Tatiana. Make great shisha and cocktails are so tasty ! We will come another time 100,000%

Definitely, one of the best places in Bukovel. The choice of food is not vast but everything is tasty. Drinks are perfect. Service will impress you. Should you want a hookah, it’s also your place to be at.

It's nice, comfortable and cozy :) Servants are friendly, drinks are good and pricing is very acceptable. The view from the place is nice, music is not very loud... Everything was great

Drinks was good, i did not like security control to drink coffe.
