If you want to ruin the mood, you are in SKT! Wanted to buy 2 Xiaomi phones, worth 12000grn + film, and covers the normal amount. And the owner did not even have the conscience and spirit to tell us about the new corporate policy of selling the Xiaomi brand. In particular, the buyer of Xiaomi phones still has to buy accessories for 20% of the amount. Otherwise, you can go and buy a phone elsewhere, and come to the SKT for accessories. We found out about the new policy after the owner grunted something under his breath, then left the store and called the sales consultant to give it to us. That is, when buying 2 phones for 12000 UAH you still need to buy something worth 2400UAH. Where is this seen? Why not put a price 20% higher immediately if it's not profitable to sell this brand? There are no questions for the sellers, on the contrary, the guys are good, consulted at the highest level and helped determine the model of the phone. But what about the new policy and why the owner didn't say it in person? We have been regular customers for 5 years now, buying both phones and accessories, and we have this attitude here! Holiday mood is ruined! Will we come here again? Not at all! And I do not recommend you! Why am I having to spend my time with nothing and bad mood?
