This Sunday, for the first time, "by ambulance" I got to hospital 31, the surgical department. I am delighted with what I saw. Exemplary order and cleanliness, military discipline of staff and doctors. Analyzes and studies are carried out instantly. There is no question of queues at the laboratory and offices - everything is clearly organized, without overlays. I never get tired of being surprised. The impression that I was in France or Germany was in the clinic. I have heard good reviews about this hospital. And I was convinced that it was deserved.

Postoperative room. The attention of nurses is equal to 0 to those who lie there! Even if you give them money, they are unlikely to suit you or your person lying after the operation !!! I will write a complaint to the Ministry of Health if the situation does not change! UPD: In the year since the death of a relative, nothing has changed. There is money - you are a tenant, no money - the deceased! The complaint to the Ministry of Health was written, in fact there were a couple of clarifying calls from them and all .. what can I say ... doctors, nurses who take thousands of hryvnias / dollars and until they are sure that they will be given money will not start saving the person and everyone who is involved in these extortions - burn in hell !!!
