The bathroom needs to be repaired. The bath was leaking and there was a big crack near a window. Some bathrooms smell badly of sewage. Service could be better, especially during breakfast. The territory is nice and was allowed to come with a big dog, for that we paid per each day. For that big thanks!

Strongly do not recommend this hotel! It all started with elementary cleanliness in the rooms, the glass wall separating the bed and the bathroom was covered in stains, handprints and it was not clear what (apparently from previous guests)! Friends in the room did not have towels. There are no disposable shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom, it is impossible to wash normally. The problems continued when we wanted to have dinner, going down to the restaurant we were denied service, citing the fact that they were currently having a banquet. I had to go down the slope in the ice to the restaurant opposite to order food to go, although the event was also held there, we were served with pleasure, they wrote down the number and prepared everything in a short time, dinner for 6 people. In the morning after breakfast (not very satisfying), the hotel administrator came up to us and asked to register. We went down with the documents a little later, after we voiced all our claims to the administrator, she invited the owner of the hotel to talk. In response to our arguments, the administrator and the owner began to argue with us and make excuses. In the middle of the conversation, the owner went to meet the other guests, thereby avoiding our arguments. The administrator, after we paid off, dryly apologized "vibachaite", promised that she would hold a conversation with the staff. For this money, you expect a completely different attitude towards guests!

Very cozy place, attentive staff that responds quickly to customer requests. It will be cool in the room. When asked to bring an extra blanket, they responded immediately. Special thanks to the administrator Eugenia! It provides customer-oriented service! Definitely recommend!

We had a good rest with the children, had a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
