Although people, including me, tried to find out if they would accept us after the break or not, no one gave any answers. We knocked on the office door and no one opened it. 14:00 - the office opens. We are told that we will not be accepted. The fact is that after the second there is a scheduled reception, for which the patient must pay money (this information was reported to me in the window "Information", which is around the reception). What is dissatisfaction. People waited in line for three or four hours to be refused entry to the office without explanation. Most of the potentially seriously ill patients were left in the queue without examination, without warning in advance about the lack of further admission. And although I understand that the time of admission is known, in the same way in normal hospitals the remaining patients had to be at least warned, not deafly ignore their appeals, and as much as possible - to examine. Treat people like cattle.
