In general - this is not a hotel, but a private estate, travelers on business can not provide any supporting documents. Of all the things described on Agoda, the truth is free Wi-Fi. I think the owners need in the off-season, or stop receiving guests, or organize the service properly.

Very well rested in Polyana, Chalet Bear! We were met by a transfer from Svalyava station. We took a suite for 5 days, very cozy, clean. There is even a little kid, super wonderful! In terms of food, you can arrange breakfast and dinner in the chalet to cook for you. However, you have everything you need to do it yourself. Fish was caught, bicycles were rented. Everything is very cool, the main thing is that Kyivstar does not work - ideal for a break from work! The only thing that was not very comfortable - a mattress. But we were given extra sheets. I am sure that this issue will be resolved for future visitors. We recommend!

Without exaggeration, this is just a fabulous place. Very quiet, calm, literally in a couple of hours the bustle of the big city was forgotten thanks to this serene beauty. The barely audible murmur of a stream, mountains around, Christmas trees under the snow on the territory of the Chalet and these picturesque cottages, hospitable hosts, a gazebo and a swing - there is absolutely everything, to rest your soul. I also liked the room. It is clean and very warm (for which special thanks), although it is February outside, but it was not cold even at night. The view from the window is incredible. And also an amazing breakfast option.) 5 out of 5 definitely.)

I do not know where to start, really a little disagreement! The first call to this complex disappointed me a little. Reason; pay in advance! And it was a little brazen knowing nothing! Dear Owner, teach your daughter to talk better with clients because this is not how it is done !!! Now, what else did I dislike; the owner "poked" me when talking about coffee and where you can buy it in Uzhgorod, but I was talking to YOU! Maybe with ragula "poke" and you can, but not all ragula! With clients who pay without controversy (said paid) so it is impossible. But what was a little cool in the room is just I THINK because of the weather when I was resting there. And yes, the complex is very cool, everything is fine! I lived in the luxury suite number 5, I liked everything except the coolness. So everything is fine, nature, the idea is perfect for this complex, everything is great! But you need to work a little on the manner and service! All clients are bulls :(! Three deserved ones! Dear hostess, your daughter does not need to go to a hospitality forum (study) but just go to a forum of communication and relations between a businessman and a client (professional ethics)! Rested one day in the complex Chalet Bear, the scenery is incredible, the complex is like in the woods, the area is not small, but not large! The territory is tidy, and there are gazebos, some authentic things that definitely complement this complex and give it a certain charm Lived from 17.10.20-18.10.20 The room was taken as a semi-suite (room 5), the room itself and its design was very nice, clean (maybe not perfect - one swimsuit was found, not yet added toilet paper, shower gel, etc ... but less so), a large balcony but the lighting on the balcony was not found)), but it's a trifle, there is a kitchen in the yard with a barbecue, too, cool, "really" liked the fact that the wood itself must be carried, just "cool", but the refrigerator is something special (Horror, froze all foods and vegetables), but also not the end of the world, the room was nice, but not very warm, did not understand the shower, how to turn on (clarified with the hostess, about her (maybe we did not understand how to use it, maybe our inattention )), for me it also does not matter much! The only thing I did not like when it was said the following things: "you include breakfast, it's a croissant, yogurt, coffee or tea to choose from.,., .... I I'll be waiting for you EXACTLY at 9:30, but if you don't come, I won't be very upset? !!!!!!!, why so k azati, it's pretty weird. When you come there and pay 1000 UAH and you are told about some "bun" at 9:30 exactly 😂, well, it's very strange, of course we did not go to breakfast, but I did not like it the most (how is 9:30 exactly ?? ? Am I going to class or work? I'm on vacation) being in a large number of hotels in Ukraine and abroad, I have never seen or heard (there is always something like this: breakfast from 8 - 10, lunch from 12-14 and so there is a period of time, not 9:30 exactly))))), but less so, I do not pay attention to such little things The description is long, because I explain why not 5 stars, but 3 * and then with a stretch) I hope that the hostess will take into account this moment, because I personally really like the complex in style, I want to come back But if there are such moments about some "exactly 9:30" and so on, I'm not at work ... ,,,,.,.
