Very cool place!! Recommend!! Cool stuff and very cozy

Great hotel, clean spacious is located in the middle of the skiing resort, right next to a piste so easily accessible from the slopes, good staff always willing to help, there is a ski rental shop a restaurant. Breakfast is not the best but otherwise a great place to stay!

ABSENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS. This hotel not only poorly handled a disagreement in services, but also made a public claim with figures for the undelivered services. If you want to avoid this kind of publicity STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. DO NOT PRE-PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING! I brought 6 business partners to stay at this hotel and run business meetings in their conference room. The facilities are nice, the equipment was good, but as we asked not to serve us next day with two coffee breaks as it was very nice but too much, they said: “TOUGH LUCK, WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU MONEY BACK” they kept 100% of pre-paid money, ended up not delivering a service and locking us out of the conference room that we also paid for. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Fantastic place with ski in and out, cozy rooms, helpful staff, delicious restaurant. Will be visiting again!
