The car was filed in a technically good condition with a clean body and interior + full tank. During the operation there was no damage. I have extended the rental for a week without any problems from the company's employees. This is my first and only experience, and it is positive.

Good day. This company rented a car for a week, in August 2019 (Uzhgorod). The cost of renting an average in Ukraine (+) The quality and condition of the car has got great VOLKSWAGEN Polo Sedan 2016 (+), Communication with the manager in the production of car accessible, understandable, culturally (+), but after passing the car there was a huge minus (-) which was marred by an overall positive impression to the rental of the company. When the car was handed over, the manager indicated in the act of delivery the condition of the car is Dirty, although the car was washed in a car wash on the way to the place of delivery, but as it was still necessary to get there, the car probably had dust and there were drops of water on the windows. The manager did not have external and internal defects after the inspection, and after signing the act we parted. But the very next day, when returning the frozen funds to the account (+ -14000 UAH), they didn’t return 1600 UAH to us, as it turned out the manager after a second wash revealed some scratches from the branches on the body, and it cost us 1600 UAH (polishing). Photos of scuffs were provided, but in fact, upon delivery of the car, the entire body was inspected and no scratches, scuffs, defects were found !!! What funds deductions and questions may not be clear, but they do so, be careful when renting a rented car and inspect the entire body under a microscope and take more photos.

It so happened that the city was not planned to hit. Therefore, driving without a car was a problem. Solved very important issues. And the car was needed like air. Appealed to SIXT Uzhorozh. Everything organized quickly. Auto and really great provided.
