Magnificent, large territory, Clean rooms, crisp white linens and towels, a large and warm pool, an excellent sauna, good spa services. And a fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey. Terrible cuisine. We ate only breakfast, eggs and sausages. Hotel guests throughout Polyana are looking for where to dine.

Very beautiful and large territory of the hotel, the hotel itself is in good condition, the rooms are clean, a good gym, an excellent warm pool, a cool bath once steamed perfectly, the second time it was frosty and their water froze in the system, they had to rinse in a font outside )), who will order a bath in winter in frost, consider this moment. I liked everything except the kitchen, I had to go to lunches and dinners outside the hotel ((, breakfast was standard, normal, eggs, porridge and sausages are difficult to spoil)). The staff is polite, with the exception of one employee)) who responded rudely and not professionally to the review left by my wife, where she indicated that they had a problem with the kitchen and they urgently needed to change the cook. Instead of paying attention to the problem, they began to insult and make excuses. We are not alone with such a review and opinion about the cuisine of this hotel, the residents with whom we met at the hotel, also ate outside its territory for the same reason. Apart from the cuisine, the hotel is excellent. I hope you, the staff reading our reviews, have enough common sense and professionalism to recognize the problem and fix it. We wish you good luck!
