Had a lovely weeks holiday here in October. The hotel is separated from the spa facility by a long corridor which is nice as they are in separate buildings. I had nice swims in pool while my girlfriend had spa treatments. They have 4 different local spring waters to drink. As for hotel this is very clean and modern but also homely. Restaurant food is very good and mostly Ukrainian dishes. Hotel is in a very quiet area and mountain air is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak English. Recommend to have suite with panoramic views, it is still not very expensive. One of best hotels I have been to

Everything was excellent expect the one issue: in the evening another guest opened my room using his key. Note that my door was closed. I heared a specific sound (that sound means that the key is accepted and the door will be opened) when his key was inserted into my door. This hotel uses programmable cards for access (any card can be configured on reception desk to open any door). I was not very happy to see him in my room. It seems that the guest mistakenly came to the wrong floor. But why he was able to open my door using the key from another room? I reported about this issue to reception desk. Initially they told that it is not possible and it happened because my door was not properly closed. I told them that it was not so and that I heared a specific sound when the key was inserted. They recommended me to close the door using additional special mechanical mechanism - but is only inside the room and it will not help to protect the door when I'm outside. I was insesting that it is not acceptable and this issue must be resolved. They told me that they will verify security cameras and will resolve that. I got back to my room. In one our receptionist called me and told: "We found the guest you was speaking about and we reprogrammed his key. It should resolve the issue". I'm not sure that it was really so. Because I asked the receptionist to come to my room with that guest and check his key again, but this request was declined by the receptionist. I hope that they really resolved the issue.
