U.S. Embassy in Ukraine

once inside the passport renewal was pretty quick... Odd, but there are no special considerations for US Citizens vs Ukraine Nationals.. I had an appt but made to wait outside with everyone else on a heavy snow day. I waited for an hour ... so dont show up early

Professional, efficient, and always accommodating, American Citizen Services at the Embassy is consistent and excellent. That's no small trick during this current Covid crisis. If there's any criticism to be offered, it's that it's not located in the most accessible part of Kyiv. Still, a 20-minute taxi ride is a small price to pay for a facility, personnel, and service this dependable. For all the reasons listed above, the U.S. Embassy does the nation proud--never a bad thing.

They canceled an appointment and refuse the make a refund. This is unfair.
