Library. The Library has 3 research institutes: the Research Institute of Press Studies, the Institute for Research of Library Art Resources and the Institute of Modern Information and Library Technologies. The Library consists of 19 research departments, 8 applied research and 2 technical departments. The universal information resources of the Library are used by about 200 thousand users, who are issued up to 800 thousand documents annually. Information service for scientists, specialists, graduate students and students is provided in 18 branch and specialized halls.

Quiet, cozy, friendly staff. Work is underway to digitize books and magazines. There is a computer room, electronic catalog. It is possible to make photocopies of the required pages for a fee. Details on the website.

Nobody breaks the silence here, because everyone understands that everyone here is focused on reading. And those who violate, another time in the library are not allowed, and rightly so.
