An extraordinary place, the name of the institution "Friends" really corresponds to the feelings that arise when you are there. The atmosphere is just incredibly exciting, the hosts are just wonderful people, do not impose anything, in every way contribute to a comfortable stay. The territory of the complex is clean, tidy, the entrance is convenient, surrounded by forest and a beautiful stream flows in front of the entrance. The rooms are clean, washed, the bed is comfortable, orthopedic mattresses, sleeping there is a pleasure, the rooms are warm. Unfortunately, we rested only for 1 day, and rested as if we were there for a week! Peace and relaxation! What else do you need ?! From the windows of the rooms the landscape is incredible - forest, mountains. In the yard there is a gazebo with barbecue, firewood, swing. The kitchen is huge and clean. Dishes, glasses and other utensils are all there and everything is clean and not shabby.! The toilet is also like new. To confirm the words, I add a bunch of photos. I recommend for all a thousand percent! Rest at such pleasant people caused extremely positive emotions, I will come more than once !!! Many thanks to the hosts for the weekend

Very nice and good place to relax with family and friends. Lived 14.11.2020 one day. I liked everything, it really was such an impression as if you were not in a guest house but at the house of an old friend :) The rooms are each different in their own way in different styles of Transcarpathia! The owners, Ms. Oksana and her husband, are very nice people. Upon arrival, Ms. Oksana showed us all the available rooms so that we could choose the one we like best. After we chose the number I went to pay for the room, Ms. Oksana said that the calculation at the end of the departure! This surprised me a lot as I did not meet such confidence in the guest in the non-water estate of Polyana and near Polyana !!! They didn't take money for firewood because it's off-season !!! I was very, very pleasantly surprised by all this !!! I RECOMMEND THIS INSTITUTION TO ALL DEAR, everything is just at the highest level !!!

Wonderful, cozy homestead with really friendly owners. The whole time of our stay was surrounded by the care and attention of Yuri and Oksana. Sound, comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living, house and spacious kitchen-dining room. This is the place where you will always be happy to return. Very grateful to the hosts for organizing such a place of strength - We hope to visit you more than once !!!

Nice owners who always help and go to the meeting. You can order inexpensive and delicious breakfasts. The location is very convenient: on the outskirts of the village. Polyana, in a quiet place, right next to the Polyana sanatorium. All the sights of Transcarpathia and the central Carpathians can be reached within an hour or two. The house is comfortable and warm, the bed is comfortable. Thank you Oksana and Yuri for the pleasant hospitality!

The best hotel, quality exceeds the price, very good hosts. I highly recommend!
