My family and I stayed here for 10 days in the summer 2018. We lived on the 5th floor in standard appartments. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬: ✔️ Unlimited free mineral watter from the source ✔️ Friendly and hospital staff ✔️ Restorant on the first floor with tasty local food inside ✔️ Restorant's menu contains a lot of vegeterian and diet friendly dishes ✔️ SPA complex on the zero floor ✔️ Comfortable apartment with AC, kettle and refrigirator ✔️ Every day cleaning ✔️ Transfer from the nearest realway station Svalyava to the hotel is 150 UAH (~$5.6) ✔️ Free trampolines and ping-pong 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬: ❌ Staff does not speak english at all ❌ There is children's play area, but unfortunately they don’t have a babysitter service, you are not be able to leave your chilldren alone there ❌ Reaaly aweful Wi-Fi. I would recommend you to buy a local sim-card(kyivstar) with ulimited 4G internet. It costs 175 UAH(~ $6.5) per month ❌ SPA: the salt room is nothing, better go to different hotels ❌ No lift inside
