You are limited in time, you plan a route. In the evening you come to Ukraine, solve the problem quickly, back abroad. You book a hotel on booking, you get a confirmation. You arrive at the hotel at the booked time and it is closed. On the street, the rain is unpleasant, dark and you do not understand whether this is even possible. You call the administrator, and she says that we do not work and do not know how you booked the booking. We will not help anything. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
