Dentist Svidrik Nazar during the reception was constantly distracted by calls, strange arguments with the nurse. Communicating with the nurse with the phrases: "Lera! Here", "What are you laughing at, etc." During the "drilling" of the tooth, he was constantly distracted from talking to a stranger, which is why he eventually forgot to put nine Cs to kill the nerve of the tooth (it turned out a few weeks later at another dentist). When during the next reception he asked not to be distracted during the treatment by talking to strangers and when treating teeth - to practice teeth. Nazar Svidrik did not answer anything and almost silently started bleaching, which was planned. Did not warn that the procedure will take more than 2 hours. He later said he spoke about the procedure two days ago. I don't remember that, only the cost of the procedure was discussed. And Nazar decided not to warn about it (or not to repeat the information) - he saves words for a trifle with a nurse and anyone. Explain what the dentist does with the teeth is not considered necessary. Sorry, the word is missing in the lexicon: tongue hurt while brushing teeth - no problem; I ask for what reason none of the four receptions started on time - THEN YOU ARE LUCKY. Communication is "chic". When he began to complain about being late, not warning about the time of procedures, and so on, he began to talk about "human attitude" and that he generally stays in the clinic until 22 (or some other late) hour - a great prospect to be treated by a tired dentist. for example forgets to put medicine in the tooth, for example. I also said that I waited a little longer and sometimes people wait for an hour because there may be no gloves - great. When I announced that I would not continue treatment in this clinic, I asked to send a statement. There was a problem with the computer and they said that they would send it to the post office today or tomorrow. The statement was not sent. When I remembered they wrote a few sentences in an SMS. Also nothing unexpected :) Patients: I do not advise to risk your health here and waste time. Leadership: Success in retraining staff or finding new ones.
