I have signed a declaration with one family doctor who is currently on maternity leave to my site attached this grief doctor, I felt sick and I needed a consultation with a cardiologist because I have heart problems, I asked to give me a referral to a cardiologist in the answer in a rough form received the answer that until I re-sign the declaration with it no referrals will not give me, I understand that their salary depends on the number of patients, but you need to have a drop of humanity and conscience if it is present., this miracle doctor probably just graduated from university she not only can not treat but also communicate with patients,

I waited for an hour to get a referral to an ophthalmologist from a family doctor (in this case, the doctor who replaces him), and in the end did not wait for anything, because the doctor and the nurse could not understand the computer with the referral, I had to go pay paid doctor's appointment. Nobody pays attention to this service in the general queue to any doctor.
