There are many questions to the competence of some teachers. The curriculum is not aimed at practice and the provision of quality knowledge. There are exceptions - teachers who perfectly explain the subject and communicate adequately with students. If you need not knowledge, but a diploma - welcome. Bribes are taken, as in many universities, but not on such a large scale. May be limited to a "product list".
