As for me, it’s worse than ever, corruption, corruption, teachers are only bribe-takers. In the correspondence department, they profit from students in arrogance. If you have money, come to the exam, and those who do not have it, do not come. For example, at the end of the session, one lady-teacher, the students threw themselves on the air conditioner, this is in the first half of the year, and in the second she asked for a computer, her appetite broke out, otherwise you would not pass the exam, and the results were given according to the average mark. Some people blame them if there is no money, couples are conducted by some simply supporters, simply turning on a slide show on the screen, without commenting, and leave. This is a type of new technology, you don't even need to tell anything. Couples are late for the beginning. This is far from the best university in Ukraine, as they say. For each exam in the correspondence department you have to pay "entrance fee", or buy a book, or a training manual published by a teacher, supposedly legally, and the money will go into his pocket anyway. Or it is necessary to forcibly buy paper, paint and much more for the department. According to the stories of the full-time department, students have almost no such stories. Here you could still tell a lot about each teacher personally, but this is not the right place, normal checks and regular ones are needed. There are, of course, a small number of non-bribe-takers and very competent teachers who are interested in their profession and know their subject, and have the ability to teach material to students with ease, put knowledge into their heads, thanks to them for their hard work, there are few of them left.

Well-known university in Ukraine, I do not understand where the negative feedback comes from.
