Went there with my sister for a coffee. Everything was fine until the waitress spilled the full cup of tea on my sister’s new phone! Until manager arrived the waitress didn’t even say “sorry”, then the manager apologized. The protective sheet on the phone was ruined. Of course, the ma in concern is the phone. The written complaint was left and the coffee shop advised if there are any consequences and the phone is not working properly they would be responsible for repair. Let’s see if they value customers and their reputation. I was also surprised that they never offered to take care of the bill as this is the least they could do taking into consideration they spilled the tea on the phone, my sister’s dress and shoes. And the weather outside is not that warm now. Very disappointed with this visit!!! Don’t recommend!!!
