We visited the cafe for the first time and it was not a very pleasant impression, to put it mildly! Namely, the summer pavilions ... were with two children, to whom we immediately told about the planted flowerpots, the children approached, touched with their hands, but the flowers did not tear! After a while, an incomprehensible woman came out and took it upon herself to say in a high voice that the children should not tear the flowers, to which we replied that we were watching, but with the children it was always so ... and she in turn said that there is NOTHING TO COME HERE WITH CHILDREN !!!!! When asked what position she holds there, she answered - a client, although we were sure that it was not an official position "administrator", as she stood at the bar as an employee! Such rudeness, impudence and rudeness have not been encountered for a long time! Before caring for flowers and working with people, teach staff to behave properly, communicate and resolve conflicts correctly! We have no complaints about the waiters, but why do they have to deal with such issues with customers, where is the administrator? Answered "went home"! I do not recommend this institution for recreation, especially with children !!!
