Finally, the call center called, I got a call back from the local store and the logistician, agreed that the bed will be brought in 4 days, when I asked if it was possible earlier, apologized, replied that the nearest car is only on this date, agreed at 18.00, and no one came !!!! When I called again for all possible numbers I was told that it will be in 2 days, I'm waiting ... And for the fact that the drawers due to negligence of employees have to wait another month and for "punctures" with the bed, I understand, no compensation shines!
