Меблі "Мелвін"

We ordered a visit in September, told to wait a month and a half (we agreed) ... somewhere at the end of October we called the store, they said we don't know anything, call the manager, the manager's answer was: we'll call you when it's ready. .and I called them every week (if I hadn't called it wouldn't have been in my closet yet) ... they called in mid-November and said that there was no such material, come and order the color again, or take the deposit (and as we already needed, they re-ordered color and hoped that at the end of the month will bring .... but they did not and did my closet a week ago and I was happy) ... but again "but" .... came under the entrance said inspect the goods, then pay, and then we rebuke you (... but I did not agree to such conditions and said bring, unpack and then I will pay you) .... I am satisfied with the hallway, and their conditions are not at all and now I bypass this store and I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO COME !!!!

Замовили куточок ще перед Новим роком , продавці відразу попередили,що буде після свят(карантин).Цей куточок ми з дружиною дуже довго вибирали ,тому переживали , але результат виправдав всі наші довгі очікування .Цей диван просто бомбезно вписався нам у вітальню. Раджу усім цей магазин!!!

Impressions are extremely negative. I ordered a kitchen corner. They said a month and a half. It took two. I didn't get the corner. The seller doesn't know anything, the manager doesn't know either. I do not recommend this "office".

Купувала під замовлення спальню, чекала в межах місяця ,як і попереджали.Доставили меблі за місто без проблем.Все добре,якісно і так ,як хотіла!Дякую

Prices are indeed below market but this seems due to lack of service. Sellers are nice and polite but not quite competent in their promises, delivery of goods is promised in a month , and then all communication disappears. But all this surpasses the attitude of the manager who not only does not provide relevant information, but also makes you guilty of waiting for your product three times longer than promised. Melvin needs to work on the service !!!! Trying to cheat scares more than the high price
