No miracle happened. I needed specific furniture items, I ordered, paid for the pre-order, the phone called to clarify that the payment had passed for sure, they said that the order was in progress, waited for the declared week and then wrote to myself to find out how my order felt, it turned out that some items were gone, no one called back, says nothing, the chief chief that they took the money. Well, in general, it's up to you to decide .... they took an advance payment, they didn't bring what they needed, they don't say anything themselves until the buyer asks what is there and how. I'm not going to get involved with such companies anymore, it will be cheaper to overpay the official Ikea for delivery than hoping for this nonshop.

Terrible impressions from ordering in this store. On November 22, 2020, I ordered IKEA products through Mebel v dom. To pay, I chose one of the options offered on the site "Prepayment 20%. Cash on delivery + 2% of the order value + UAH 20 » I paid for the order on the card of FOP Tsyurnyak, whose activity is suspended at the time of writing the review. The next day, November 23, 20, a letter arrived at the post office with details of possible surprises for the delivery of products by carriers, as well as an SMS message "order in work" after I called to make sure they received the money. A week later I was called and told that not all positions are available. I asked to send the listed invoice with the amount of the final payment. The invoice was sent in 1.5 weeks and there were 1 more positions. The account includes items by items and to understand what you ordered, matching prices, it is difficult to compare everything, as it takes some time. At the same time I asked what is available and when the products will be sent, they answered that the order "leaves today, tomorrow" (03.12.20). 07.12.20 inquired about the status of the order and the number of TTN. And here it turns out that the long-awaited parcel in Kiev, and the cost of delivery is almost 1400 UAH. It is impossible to call "Furniture to the house". 6-7 times the phone is reset. Do not call back. Called from another number immediately. I find out from the manager why the cost of delivery is so high and what needs to be warned, they quote me a letter sent on 23.11.20 about the surprises of delivery and that they are useless. I call the state of emergency and find out why the cost of delivery is such - they explain that the cost of delivery includes air-bubble film for more than UAH 500! That is, in order to deliver an order from Poland to Kyiv, it is necessary to rewind the parcel into this film, which costs more than 50 running meters for products that came from another country in some way! In response to my questions, the store manager offers me to transfer 80% of the postpayment to reduce the cost of emergency services without confidence in the integrity of the company, without the ability to inspect the integrity and without an order for a considerable amount and sends another invoice associated with the mediation in the sale of furniture neither directly nor indirectly. Then, on the evening of December 11, 20, a courier from the state of emergency called me and brought the long-awaited parcel and it turned out that the goods I ordered would not be returned to me because I could not go down after them. Although the manager of the company "furniture to the house" clarified how to make delivery. So, I spent a lot of subscriptions, found out about the status of the product for 3 weeks and didn't take my order. Having ordered #IKEA products from #mebelvdom, I received only an unpleasant experience. 1. Managers process orders for a long time, report changes in the order after a long time. The delivery times were changed several times, which I found out about when I personally called to inquire about the status of the order. 2. Transportation of goods to Ukraine is longer than from Poland - 8 days. 3. The goods are allegedly repackaged at #novachta at their own discretion without the participation of #mebelvdom, spending 50 p.m. film and such repackaging is not reported. 4. Whether you have a flock of goods by prepaying for the goods is not a fact. To be continued...

Thank you to Mebel v dom for the work they did to deliver the goods I ordered. Yes, the goods were delivered late. At the same time, managers (especially Ruslana) tried to solve everything possible for delivery of the ordered goods to me. We use the products with pleasure! Thank you for your work and patience! I am grateful for quality furniture, quite easy to assemble, step-by-step instructions, a kind of Lego for a man🤗 I waited for 20 working days, I want to note the super good packaging, there is simply no chance of damage during delivery.
