The best place in oblast to get potato pancakes. Simply delicious large potato grated pancakes with meat Patty inside with (creamy sauce with mushrooms- optional) also serves freshly squeeze juice. The only down side about this eatary is that they don't serve this dish everyday. Bottom line. Have eaten there a great deal of times, would go again if chance permits c':
