6.11.2020 was there the first time 5 years ago and the hotel is now still well kept in shape,good soundproof(had room to the M19,but despite being sensitive on this,slept very well),spotless clean,tasty restaurant and the price value with 20 Euros for a single room including a la carte-breakfast 10 mins from Lutsk is unbeatable!

European level of service for Ukrainian prices. Family rooms are more than preferred for families of 3 or 4.

Awesome place to both eat & sleep near to Lutsk (Wolyn area) - if You came to Ukraine from Poland or Belarus by car or bus and IT is late - this is probably nr 1 place worth aiming if UR tired and want to rest. 130 km from Dorohusk border and 2nd best and closer alternative if UR really tired is Comfort hotel in Kovel (50 km from Dorohusk) from Dorohusk but cuisine in Kolobok is top class. My nr 1 hotel in Wolyn area, which will be northwestern Ukraine region.
