Because the letter was a little thicker than just a leaf in an envelope. It could be half a centimeter thick ... I called the hotline, they said that they should accept such letters without any problems, but they didn't want to. did not say because they have no right to demand it. It's not an international shipment ... One of the girls I respect spoke Russian .. Really, a good person, I would put her in charge, maybe there would be order ... Now I moved to another department ... I'll tell you: the difference is heaven and earth ... I don't even want to mention ... One negative from them ...

The office is very busy, but the staff is always friendly and competent. I am served only in this department, as they provide comprehensive information without "nerves". Very friendly and beautiful girls-workers give themselves to work 100%, despite the low salary.

Whole parcels come to me and from me. Employee Vera (speaks Russian) is always polite, quick to serve, clarify what is needed. No matter what the queue, I always go to it. Great job! Another girl with long dark hair does great. Others are a bit rude. You do not have to wait long, cope quickly
