Yesterday my husband and I bought a multicooker TEFAL RK905 in Port City, we were consulted by a young tall guy, Victor Onishchuk or Onishchuk 😉 very polite, competent, helped with the choice and answered all questions + with him was another girl, brunette with long hair 🤍 unfortunately no name we know ... I came to buy a hood for the kitchen. Asked the consultant to help with the choice. He said "wait" and went somewhere. I came back after 5 minutes and asked only one for what amount I expect, I answered him around 3,000 UAH and I need a hood 50 cm wide, as I have space above the stove only 50 cm. He "snuggled" the first one I saw in stock and bought it. Unpacked at home, read the instructions and it is mounted in the closet (the consultant did not ask, did not say, did not warn). The next day I came with her back to the store to return it, saw the same one who "steamed" it and told him "I want it back because it did not suit me, sorry but I do not do all my life repairs and hoods and not understand on them, you could warn that there are different types ". To this he replied to me "you could look at the devils and see for yourself what you were taking, the seller - the consultant should not be blamed." Honestly, at first I wanted to exchange for another, but after his words I just handed it back and went to the nearby store "Comfy". There, the consultant helped me choose a hood that suited me perfectly and communicated with me normally, not as if I had stolen his wife from him. Honestly, after such a service, I will never buy something in your store again and I will not recommend it to friends !!!

The desired smartphone was not, and in general decent, but due to moderately obsessive managers, at least something unnecessary to embody (I know from experience)
