Terrible impressions !! I wanted to choose a lipstick, went to my favorite Watsons! I went to the shelves in the hope that a consultant would come. But I hoped in vain! I saw that the cabinet with the testers is open and the testers are visible. I thought that maybe there is so much self-service that you need to choose the products yourself! Got a lipstick tester to try! And, miraculously, a girl came up, did not introduce herself, did not greet, and immediately said in a boorish tone "you can not climb into the closet !!!" When I asked why no one approached me and did not help in the choice, she said that she was in the hall, and I had to find her !!! It is sad that certain employees spoil the impression of the store and the company as a whole!

In the Central Department Store from the staff some hamki. You can't even ask for a napkin to erase the make-up .... Instead, when I took it myself, they said that I was "climbing" somewhere there.
