The range is excellent! Sellers can advise on any price segment. But the prices in the store are different from the prices on the website !! And when you go to buy a certain list of goods, the price in the store turns out to be an order of magnitude higher! In my case, it is 160 UAH. more from the calculated on the site! And the fact that prices differ, no memories are found anywhere else! Neither on the site nor from sellers! This is a significant disadvantage, since a child came with a certain amount to buy his pet!

The store is not bad, the prices are nice, the quality of products is high, the animals are not bad looking but there are a couple of disadvantages :( very hot in the store animals are very hot and have nowhere to go, small cages for rabbits there is no way to turn around for them small bowls of food :( I would like to see this review and solve the problem ...

Today I had a negative shopping experience. The saleswoman talks on the phone when the buyer is standing at the checkout. Delivery is not added, because there are no small ones, 50 kopecks were given by frowning, almost black people. When asked to replace me, they looked at me angrily, as if I had made an inadequate request. I will not go there again

Hello, I am a regular customer of the store since it bought a Chomiak and Chris 2 dams. When purchasing consultant Dmitry animal is not properly informed about the animals and their SEX BREED! The fact that the hamster is not a girl and the boy did not greatly upset me, but the fact that the rats are not 2 guys Dumbo but a girl and a regular boy Dumbo is strong! For the price of a conventional dam and differs significantly, and both had to settle it! 😢 But the store is one of the best in Vinnytsia, where there is a large assortment for both large animals and the smallest, because even the feed was not important for the good life of rodents. In choosing a good feed and I helped fill cells consultant Julia, for which she thanks! After all, my pets grow tall, beautiful and happy. She also recommended how best to train and care for rodents.
