Mostly in a self-service institution, but if you are limited due to some difficulties, we will always help you without embarrassing you and without focusing on this. The overall atmosphere is calm. There is a microwave for self-heating (possibly your own). Almost always not very warm dishes (maybe based on microwave?). It is not necessary to count on any variety of dishes. Also, not very friendly staff. In general, does not leave a steady sense of taste of the Soviet dining room. The obvious plus is probably only for officials of the Executive Committee of the City Executive Committee and other institutions located here - proximity to the workplace (in the basement of the City Executive Committee building-entrance near the Transparent Office).
