When the quarantine started, there was a lot of stress at work, we were pressured by the media and my nervous system started to fail. At first it was just dizzy, but a month later I started having panic attacks every day, which grew into a feeling of anxiety that stayed with me for days. There was nothing the neurologist at the hospital could do about it, the psychotherapist I treated for 3 months said that everything was going according to plan and it seemed to me that nothing would save me anymore. I came to Euromed with depression and anxiety disorder. When I was told I was depressed I couldn't believe it. As a teenager, we called it such a bad mood, and now that I didn't see the point in each of my days, I didn't want to do anything, I was in a bad mood for 4 or 5 months and didn't even think it was depression. Anxiety disorders are when you wake up in the morning and you are shaken, twisted from the middle by the fact that you feel that something will happen, as if you are standing in front of a train that is approaching. Today is 2 months since I was treated by Natalia Valerievna and I am infinitely grateful. I have a good mood, I can laugh, I can work normally, play sports, I want to develop spiritually, I am full of happiness. If you feel sick, but all the tests are fine and the doctors say that you are healthy, please everyone, go to a psychotherapist! You will get better, but do not expect a quick result, it was very difficult to spend months in this state, and even harder to wait for it to get easier, but it's worth it! It's only been 2 months and my life has definitely changed! Do not be afraid of change, do not be afraid of pills, do not be afraid to spend money on treatment! You can live better, do not drive yourself into the abyss! I can't describe my gratitude to Natalia Valerievna. I felt like I was falling to the bottom and her treatment pulled me out.
