Terrible attitude! I do not have enough words to describe all the anger I feel now in this institution! We did a tooth extension for a 4-year-old child. I have been friends with dentists since I was 2 years old. I was never afraid to come here and we cried, the first doctor's appointment was from above, but I didn't pay much attention to it. Today the doctor instead of finishing the tooth to the child traded fish balyk and sausage we waited in a chair sobbing all the time, gums all torn, did not finish the shape of the tooth turned off the light, hinted that the tooth would go anyway sawn off. We waited a long time then I started calling the hotline to find out if it was light or not, I was told that at 8 o'clock in the evening to turn on (it was six o'clock) I went to tell the doctor and told what to do now, she began to grimace at me in a raised voice said do nothing to go home. Of course, I was indignant, because in such a situation when your work is not finished, you have to somehow smooth out this issue at least in words. I was indignant and said it was not necessary to talk to me in such a tone, to which the doctor responded directly by shouting that she was in a state and she was pregnant, she was not going to sit with me. I did not quarrel, left the money and left, but I will not come alone and to the tenth institution so that they do not go there. And let the management cover the shop with a trade and a bazaar, not a hospital
