My husband called for visa inquiries for me and the gentleman who answered the phone ( his name is Mr. Mikhail) was more than helpful with all the questions. We went there to submitted the documents, there was some error in our application form and he helped us through everything. He was extremely helpful and patient to us. Explain every things very clearly. Super !!

Workers are rude only this way. They cannot adequately answer questions, do not give reliable enough information, shout, etc. It would not hurt to train incompetent employees in their duties and good manners. Think about what “wonderful” representatives both the citizens and potential tourists of the country see.
