The Embassy was above and beyond efficient in my case, and I am super grateful to them. + my email got an answer in less than 15 minutes + the Embassy Guards were very kind and willing to help + I had a very tight deadline for application because of my University and very worried, but the visa was ready in 2 days - the website could use some improvement, it is a bit chaotic - I think half of the bad reviews here are because of the poorly organized queuing procedure for consular services. Some people sign up for specific time (Declarations, legalizations), and others don't need to sign up (eg. fiscal code). Then at the place it is not clear who goes when, and it becomes like an oriental market. Some people take numbers, some don't, then no one looks at them. Also, it is not clear when the people who needed no sign up go. I saw this same situation on 3 different days / occasions. I think a clear and explicit queuing rule would make it easier for everyone, the staff and the applicants.

Personale incompetente. They don't have an idea of the processes, wrong informations were given and a lot of time was lost. Не возможно дозвонится
