Horrible organization: previous registration system Doesn't work!! We were registered on 10 a.m and waited till 12 a.n at the street on sun, without place to seat, without WC and any comfort

The place is awful, people are impolite and refuse to help, make you wait for hours, without telling any good reason why, if you can, DON'T visit this horrible place

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to obtain information on consular services and visa issues. It is not enough on the site, letters are not always answered. It is not clear what the function of the hotline is, if instead of helping and answering a specific question, you have to fish out information - a lot of "water", irritation that you don't want to call and contact anymore. It is a pity that such a beautiful country as Portugal in Ukraine is represented by people with watchman's syndrome.

The most unprofessional and rude embassy that you had to deal with. They hang up, answer in the format: “Why are you calling? We’ll call when there is news, ”“ I’m not deaf that you repeat the same thing to me, ”there are double or even triple standards for documents from different employees who receive documents, and the list goes on. I don’t know who hired and trained these people, but I can say with confidence that they need to do something else, certainly not service.
