Good day. I paid for the subscription, and the quarantine began. The club employees assured with a smile that they would not be quarantined and I can safely pay for the subscription, but even if the quarantine is closed, I can return all days after quarantine. The quarantine ended on 01/25/2021, and I still have 6 classes left, that is, an almost full subscription. I came today on 02/02/2021 and .... they didn’t let me into the gym, explaining that the subscription was expired. As the girl on the gate said: "You haven't been for a long time." And, honey agarics with a smile on the mask, they offered me to pay for the same subscription again. To my question, what about your assurances that I can return all missed classes after quarantine, they still answered me that of course they would return, but I must pay for them again. The number of the director, administrator, owner, or their most important bodybuilder was not given to me, explaining that there is no need to disturb the gentlemen on trifles anyway, I will not hear anything new. As a result, I had to retreat unabashedly. In the end, I promised that they would lose the client, to which they laughed fervently and cheerfully in my face and wished me a happy journey. So my conclusion is simple: DIFFICULT THIEFS, and to be precise, according to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the scammers, WHICH ARE NOT EXPENSIVE TO THE CLIENT, BUT TRY TO HAPPEN MORE. I do not recommend it to anyone. By the way, classes and simulators are the most mediocre .... okay, it doesn't matter anymore.

Modern atmosphere, friendly staff, interesting simulators and there is an opportunity to choose group training. Have everything you need to keep fit. Of the minuses - cramped rooms and low ceilings, so there is a lack of fresh air and crowds.

Just super! I will definitely come again.
